Scope
These terms apply to your use of valskroniquad.com and to any message you send through the form on it. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is provided as is
Descriptions of the games are written in good faith and were accurate against the Google Play listings on the date shown on each page. Games get updated, listings get edited and download bands change. Nothing here is a warranty that a game still behaves as described, and this site is not a substitute for the store listing itself.
No relationship with the developers
We are readers, not the publisher of the games described. We were not paid to describe them, we did not receive review copies, and nothing on this page is a paid placement or an affiliate link.
Intellectual property
The text and layout of this site belong to Liam Henderson. Screenshots and app icons belong to the developers of the games they depict and are reproduced to identify and describe those games. Quoting a short passage of our text with a link back is welcome; republishing whole pages is not.
Acceptable use
Do not use the form to send advertising, malicious content or anything unlawful, and do not attempt to disrupt the site. Addresses that do are blocked.

Links to Google Play are provided as a reference. We do not control Google Play or the apps listed there and take no responsibility for either.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from an interruption to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
