The short version
This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. It writes one entry to your browser's local storage, named vk-cookie, which records whether you pressed Accept all or Reject all so the banner does not return on every page.
What the banner does
It appears on a first visit. Both buttons close it and both write the same entry with a different value. Neither enables tracking, because no third-party script runs here at all.

Images and links
Screenshots on this site are stored on our own server, not loaded from Google or from a developer's site, so viewing them contacts nobody. Following a Google Play button does take you to Google, where Google's own cookies and terms apply.
How to remove it
Clear site data for valskroniquad.com in your browser settings and the entry goes with it; the banner then appears again on your next visit. Private windows discard it on close.
