Who is responsible

Personal information is handled under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which applies to private organisations in Canada.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your email address, an optional phone number and your message. There is no analytics script on this site, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker, so reading a page collects nothing. The server keeps ordinary access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested — for security, rotated within thirty days.
Why we use it
To answer you. That is the only purpose. The basis is your consent, given by sending the form, and you may withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.
Who else sees it
Messages are delivered to our team channel through the Telegram Bot API, operated by Telegram FZ-LLC, which processes the content in order to deliver it. Our hosting provider stores the access logs. No one else receives your details, and nothing is sold or used for advertising.
Links to Google Play
The buttons on this site open listings on play.google.com. Following one takes you to Google, whose own privacy terms then apply. We receive nothing back from Google about that visit — there is no affiliate tag, no tracking parameter and no analytics on our side.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for twelve months after the last message in the exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada accepts complaints.
Children
This site is written for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Tell us if that has happened and it will be deleted.

Any change updates the date at the top of this page.
